Every installation includes a weighted, anchored base and an anti-tip check; a wall restraint is available where the site calls for one. Reviewed by a qualified electrical engineer for earthing, fusing, surge protection and safe service isolation as part of every installation. Indoor use only — a lobby, reception or front-desk environment, not an outdoor or wash-down area.

Wi-Fi CSI sensing (RuView-class ESP32-S3 nodes) — reads how Wi-Fi signals bend around a body in a room. No camera, no image of any kind is captured or stored. Presence, movement and prolonged stillness in a zone, correlated with Maya's other sensors before anything is raised. Not a medical device, not a certified life-safety system and not facial or identity recognition — a possible-event signal a person verifies, never an automatic action. Installed only with the site's explicit authorisation and the legal notices the zone requires; never installed to watch a place a camera would not be allowed. An optional add-on, quoted per zone — confirmed on your quotation, not included in the standard device price.
